These Terms & Conditions govern your use of CigarPop.com and purchases made through the CigarPop online store. By using the site or placing an order, you agree to these terms and the policies referenced here.
Store Products and Made-to-Order Merchandise
Many CigarPop products are produced on demand after an order is placed. Product images and mockups are intended to represent the item as accurately as reasonably possible, but minor differences in color, print placement, appearance, materials, or dimensions may occur because of screen settings, manufacturing tolerances, and production methods.
Orders
CigarPop reserves the right to accept, decline, limit, or cancel an order when reasonably necessary, including for suspected fraud, payment problems, pricing errors, inventory or production issues, legal restrictions, or inaccurate order information. If we cancel a paid order that has not otherwise been fulfilled, the applicable payment will be refunded.
Customers are responsible for reviewing product selections, sizes, colors, quantities, personalization details when applicable, and shipping information before submitting an order.
Pricing, Payment, and Taxes
Prices are shown in the currency displayed at checkout and may change without notice. Applicable shipping charges and taxes will be shown during checkout when required. Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed.
Shipping and Delivery
Production and delivery dates are estimates unless expressly stated otherwise. Delays caused by carriers, weather, customs, holidays, product availability, production interruptions, incorrect addresses, or other circumstances outside CigarPop’s reasonable control may occur.

Returns, Refunds, Exchanges, and Cancellations
Returns, refunds, exchanges, product defect claims, and order cancellation requests are governed by the CigarPop Returns, Refunds & Exchanges Policy posted on this site. Because many products are made to order, cancellation or modification may not be possible after production begins.
